Trade Day

There are not very many things that I will walk
around to see in 89+ degree weather; but
yesterday we went to the annual ‘Trade Day’
event. We usually get there around 7:00 a.m.,
but we were not sure we wanted to get out in
the heat. So, we decided to go anyway and got
there at 8:30. It was cloudy but still hot and
when the sun came out, we began to melt.
I know I did, ‘cause I felt the cool water
dripping down my back. There were a lot
more vendors and plenty of goods and of
course, flowers. I held back and only bought
one hanging basket of Red Moss Rose.
I have them at the front door, now but I want
to move them to the deck so I can enjoy them more.

  1. Hi Sandra,
Thanks for stopping by and commenting on my blog.
Your new plant fits perfectly in that milk can. I love the rustic look at your front door. I have about 4 milk cans myself.
It's so exciting when I find a new garden blog!
    I will be visiting again.
